Body by Beck provides lifestyle friendly programs for people of all levels including high risk and rehabilitation patients. The training sessions are customized for each individual client and we specialize in training people with severe injuries and health issues. Whether you're a professional athlete looking to enhance your performance in sports, an upcoming bride-to-be who'd like to trim and tone up for upcoming nuptials, or a senior coping with weight aggravated health issues - Body by Beck can customize a fitness regiment to fit your needs and budget.

Personal Training Rates with bodybybeck

  • Plan #1 - 8 session per month ½ hour each one person $295.00
  • Plan #2 - 12 sessions per month ½ hour each one person $375.00
  • Plan #3 - 16 sessions per month ½ hour each one person $495.00
  • For two people add $ 220.00 to each plan above

Note: For long term training rates will be lower, however a contract will be required. Contact Howard for details.

Bodybuilding competition training and posing or fitness competition training will be a separate fee.
Meal Planning and nutritional information $ 55.00 per consultation.

What is a Personal Trainer?

A personal trainer is a fitness professional who develops and implements an individualized approach to physical fitness, working one-on-one with a client. A trainer also helps an individual assess their level of physical fitness and help them work toward a personal fitness goal through proper exercise instruction and personal motivation. The main scope of practice for personal trainers is to enhance the 5 classic components of fitness: muscular strength, muscular endurance, body composition, cardiovascular endurance, and flexibility.

  • Plan A - Gym membership without Personal Training (Debit or credit card required - no exceptions) $16.00 per month and a one time enrollment fee $ 16.00,
  • Plan B - Gym membership only cash paying clients $30.00 per month fee, $25 enrollment fee,
  • Plan C- Friends and Family Plan $ 58.00 per month,
    One time enrollment fee $ 30.00,
    Maximum of 4 members on one agreement,
    2 adults 2 children over 14 or 1 adult 3 children over 14.
    One person must be responsible for all billing.

    Cash members for members without a debit or major credit card:

    $ 25.00 enrollment fee, $ 25.00 per month first and last month required at time of signing

    Add on you may add a new member to your account for the same rate plus $ 12.00 enrollment fee. New agreement required
  • Senior Plan - For those 50 years old or older - $18.00 per month and a one time enrollment fee $ 12.00,

Note: All of the above excludes Personal Training and diet information. No contracts 30 day written notice to cancel.

Monday – Thursday 6:30 am to 9 pm
Friday 6:30 am to 8 pm
Saturday 8am to 4 pm
Sunday 10 am to 2 pm
Management may change hours at anytime.
